How do I get started?
To get started, follow these steps:
- Register
- Send us your tax card via email or Pooli’s ”Messages” section (you’ll see it after logging in)
- Make an invoice to your customer
- Wait for the payment
How long it takes to receive payments?
Once your customer has paid your invoice, it takes 1-2 business day before the payment arrives to us. When we’re receiving payments before 2 p.m. we’ll process them on the same day and payment transactions between banks take 1-2 business day before you received it (as an exception Siirto-service payments).
